1.1. Purpose of the Service: tldd.io is a serverless application that acts as a proxy between consumers and the OpenAI API. It facilitates easy integration of AI into products without needing to manage the OpenAI backend.
1.2. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing and using tldd.io, users agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2.1. Service: The proxy service provided by tldd.io facilitating access to the OpenAI API.
2.2. User: Anyone who accesses or uses the Service.
2.3. Subscription: Monthly access to the Service paid through Stripe.
3.1. Registration Requirements: Users must register for an account providing accurate and complete information.
3.2. Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account and password.
4.1. Permitted Use: The Service is to be used for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all applicable laws.
4.2. Prohibited Use: Users must not use the Service to transmit harmful or malicious content or in any way that may harm the Service or other users.
5.1. Subscription Fees:
5.1.1. Free Forever Plan: Up to 1 template, 1000 proxy calls, and 200 free calls with TLDD key.
5.1.2. Starter: Up to 2 templates, 10000 proxy calls, 200 free calls with TLDD key, OpenAI calls caching, dynamic CORS per template, metrics, and observability.
5.1.3. Pro: Up to 10 templates, 100000 proxy calls, 200 free calls with TLDD key, OpenAI calls caching, dynamic CORS per template, metrics, and observability.
5.2. Payment Terms: Payments are processed via Stripe. Users must agree to Stripe’s terms and conditions.
6.1. Ownership: All rights in and to the Service and its components are owned by tldd.io.
6.2. User License: Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service as provided under these Terms.
7.1. Data Use: tldd.io collects user data including OpenAI keys (encrypted) and tldd.io API keys (hashed), as well as user account information. This data is securely stored and protected in line with industry standards.
7.2. Third-Party Services: Disclosure of any data sharing with OpenAI and Stripe, including links to their privacy policies.
8.1. User Breach: Conditions under which a user’s account may be suspended or terminated for breach of terms.
8.2. Voluntary Termination: Users can terminate their accounts by following specified procedures.
9.1. Service “as is”: The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.
9.2. Limitation of Liability: Limitations on the liability of tldd.io regarding the use of the Service.
10.1. User Responsibilities: Users agree to indemnify tlddx against any claims arising from their use of the Service.
11.1. Changes to Terms: tldd.io may modify these terms with notice to users through the Service interface or email.
